Thanksgiving is around the corner, which makes this a great time to think about giving back. In the spirit of giving, here are some great volunteer opportunities, in addition to some fun fall activities around LA.

Every Sunday from 10am to 4pm, the Alameda Produce Market in DTLA is transformed into a bustling bazaar featuring food and shopping vendors. There’s vintage finds, crafts and dozens of unique vendors covering the 5-acre site, which is part of ROW DTLA.
September is a great time in Los Angeles with so much happening around town and the temperatures hopefully dropping soon. Here are some of the highlights that I’m looking forward to checking out this month:
If you’re a fan of whiskey, the “tallest open-air bar in the Western Hemisphere” is a great date night spot with a ton of choices and spectacular views. The sun is setting earlier now, so it’s a perfect time to go!
